1. Owner shall pay to City the following charges: <br />(a) A connection charge equalling $9,672.64 (334 <br />lineal feet x $28.96 per foot) less the cost of <br />augering a service under County Road D. A maximum <br />allowance for the street crossing shall be <br />$5,000.00 and the actual cost figure shall be <br />reviewed and approved by the Public Works <br />Director. A deposit of $7,000.00 shall be made at <br />the time of connection with final reconciliation <br />to occur once the augering cost is known and <br />approved. <br />(b) Quarterly sewer usage charges shall be payable by <br />Owner within thirty (30) days after mailing of <br />City's billing. The parties hereto understand <br />that said charges may be increased or decreased by <br />amendment of the applicable City ordinances and /or <br />resolutions consistent with standard utility <br />billing procedures. <br />2. If Owner fails to pay the amounts as provided herein, <br />City will discontinue sewer service to Owner's property with at <br />least five (5) days prior notice. <br />3. Owner will provide City with plans detailing the <br />connection to City's system. Said plans shall be approved by the <br />City Engineer prior to construction. City shall also be allowed <br />to inspect Owner's sewer system installation at the time of <br />construction to ensure consistency with City regulations. As- <br />-2- <br />Page 123 <br />
