Hanson <br />TO: Mayor Fahey and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Kathy Glanzer, Administrative Assistant <br />RE: Cancel Special Meeting /Workshop of October 16, 1996 <br />Call for Budget Workshop on October 23, 1996 <br />Due to the fact that the Invitation to Bid for the Spooner Park <br />picnic shelter was submitted for publication a week later than <br />anticipated, awarding of bids will need to be delayed for one <br />week. Therefore, it is recommended the Special Meeting /Workshop <br />scheduled for October 16th be cancelled. It is further <br />recommended the Council hold a Budget Workshop on October 23rd at <br />6:00 P.M. prior to its regular meeting. At the Council's regular <br />meeting, action can be taken regarding the Spooner Park picnic <br />shelter bids. <br />Page 9 <br />
