Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada,MN 55117 <br />To whom it may concern; <br />301q <br />I, Martin McGraw, purchased the property located at 1309 Thunder Bay Rd. <br />I purchased this property so that I may lease it to AME Community Services Inc. <br />AME Community Services Inc. will be using this home to provide residential <br />placement to four adults (two Men and two Women) who have Prader- Willi Syndrome. <br />Prader -Willi Syndrome is primarily an eating disorder with mild mental retardation. <br />AME Community Services Inc.has been operating a home for persons with Prader -Willi <br />Syndrome for almost four years in Buffalo Mn. and it has been very successful. <br />All of the people who will be living there are employed in the area so it is a very central <br />location for everyone. <br />It will staffed with qualified personnel who have experience with people with Prader- <br />Willi 24 hours a day (other than when everyone is working out of home). <br />This home and your Community will be ideal for the four occupants, Thank you <br />If you have any questions Please call me at 320 -286 -2185. <br />Slncc ely, <br />/1/7- <br />artin P.
