Ordinance. <br />B. No pole type or engineered steel buildings shall be <br />allowed. <br />C. All plats shall be reviewed and approved by the Council <br />before issuance of a building permit. <br />D. 1. All buildings in the "I -P" District shall be <br />constructed of solid wall masonry, pre -cast <br />concrete, aggregate panels, or wood frame masonry <br />veneer (excluding stucco). Wood and metal exterior <br />may be allowed as part of window and door frame or <br />fascia treatment of the exterior wall facing <br />design. <br />2. The following materials, in conjunction with the <br />materials in 918.060, D, 1, may be used to a <br />maximum of twenty -five (25) percent of the proposed <br />area if it is coordinated into the architectural <br />design of the structure. <br />a. Wood, provided the surfaces are finished for <br />exterior use and wood of proven, exterior <br />durability is used, such as cedar, redwood, <br />cypress. <br />b. Curtain wall panels of steel, fiberglass and <br />aluminum, (non - structural, non -load bearing) <br />and finished with a durable non -fade surface <br />and their fasteners are of a corrosion <br />resistant design. <br />c. Glass curtain wall panels. <br />d. Stucco. <br />3. The proposed building maintains the quality and <br />value intended by the Ordinance. <br />4. The proposed building is compatible and in harmony <br />with other structures within the district. <br />5.
