EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 28, 1996 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center of said <br />City on the 28th day of August, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />Morelan, Fahey, LaValle, Pedersen, and Scalze. <br />and the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT FOR <br />PROPERTY DIVISION #DA065635 AS RECOMMENDED BY CITY STAFF <br />WHEREAS, <br />The County has requested the reapportionment of assessments for <br />Parcel No. 06- 29- 22- 43-0017; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />It is the recommendation of City staff that the following <br />reapportionment. be approved: <br />ORIGINAL ASSESSMENT - <br />Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -43 -0017 - <br />REAPPORTIONMENT - <br />Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -43 -0086 <br />Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -43 -0087 <br />$8,254.00 <br />- $4,127.00 <br />- $4,127.00 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA hereby approves the reapportionment of assessments for <br />Division #DA065635, Parcel No. 06- 29 -22 -43 -0017 as recommended by <br />City staff. <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />Morelan, Fahey, LaValle, Pedersen, and Scalze; <br />and the following voted against same: None; <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted by the Council this 28th day of August, 1996. <br />Page 91 <br />
