Resolution calling a public hearing on the <br />ordinance establishing storm sewer improvement <br />tax district; <br />2. Ordinance establishing storm sewer improvement <br />tax district; and <br />3. Acknowledgment of filing (County Recorder and <br />County Auditor). <br />The notice of hearing on the ordinance must be published <br />twice in the official newspaper of the City, the last publication <br />being at least seven days prior to the date of hearing. The <br />ordinance must be published after its adoption and filed with the <br />County Recorder and County Auditor of Ramsey County. <br />Any .improvement project undertaken in the District must <br />follow the procedures set forth in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429. The notice of hearing must be mailed to all people within <br />the storm sewer improvment tax district, which in your case is <br />every property owner in the City.
