CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Data to be provided by City Staff <br />Water and Sewer Utility Rate Study, 1985 <br />Attachment A <br />1) Gallons of water purchased for past ten years. <br />2) Gallons of water billed for the past ten years by user classification. <br />3) Gallons of sewage billed from MWCC for the past ten years. <br />5) Number of connections to the water and sewer system for the past ten years. <br />6) Amount of connection charge (per new hookup) for the past ten years. <br />7) Anticipated growth of the City as provided by the City's planning <br />department. This anticipated growth should recognize existing oversized <br />systems yet to be utilized, as well as, other projected developments. We <br />suggest that such projections of growth be prepared on a conservative esti- <br />mated basis. <br />8) 1985 Operating Budget of the Water and Sewer Fund. <br />9) Anticipated capital /debt requirements for the next five years for assets to <br />be funded from the Sewer and Water Enterprise Fund only: <br />• System <br />• Equipment <br />• Other <br />11) Schedule of anticipated transfers from the Water and Sewer Enterprise Fund. <br />12) Updated schedule of construction work in process for all projects funded by <br />the Sewer and Water Enterprise Fund with projections of project completion <br />dates and amounts. <br />13) Copies of prior rate /capital acquisition studies of the Sewer and Water Fund <br />prepared by City and /or City consulting engineers over the past ten years. <br />14) Schedule of user rates for past ten years (water and sewer). <br />15) Other data as requested. <br />5 ;) <br />
