Office of:
JOSEPH G. CHLEBECK, Clerk
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
484 -2177
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
DATE: May 16, 1985
TO: City Council
FROM: Joseph Chlebeck
RE: Klidzejs Property Division
Mr. Klidzejs is requesting a property division, and he will also be
requesting that we vacate five feet of the street easement on Twin
Lake Blvd. When his son appeared before the City Council in 1978
he requested a division on the property. The division was made with
certain conditions, and one of those conditions was additional ease-
ments for Twin Lake Blvd. Now Mr. Klidzejs wants to vacate five feet
of that right -of -way. In order to do so a Public Hearing would have
to be held to vacate the five feet of the easement. He is of the
opinion that the trees and bushes in front of his property are in
the City right -of -way, and he wants to preserve those trees. It
appears that Mr. Klidzejs does not fully understand what took place
in 1978.
Mr. Gene Fasciana may be objecting to the manner in which Mr. Klidzejs
is developing, because we have given him permission to develop his
property with a 30 foot private road easement running east and west.
Mr. Fasciana had a piece of property with a 25 foot private road
easement over the Caplette property to get to his property. However,
no agreement was made for the additional 15 feet from Caplette for a
road easement. The matter was dropped.
bj
MAYOR
Michael Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Bill Blesener
Rick Collova
Mugs Nardini
