Was personnel. director - 600 employees, chief labor negotiator and <br />directed expenditures and programs for all grants, CETA funds, Federal Revenue <br />Sharing Funds, risk management and overall accountability of building construction <br />projects in excess of $4 million. Preceding resulted in formation and direct supervision <br />over claims examining, field services, reproduction and messenger units and <br />training of these persons.
