Little Canada <br />December 31, 1984 <br />Page Two <br />appellate criminal work, improvement projects, development <br />projects, condemnations, real estate purchases and sales, <br />emergency or special projects, routine clerical matters, <br />resolutions, investigation or negotiations. The services <br />described in this paragraph will be billed hourly at $55.00 <br />per hour. <br />(d) Billings. <br />The Attorneys shall bill approximately monthly in a form <br />approved by the Clerk Administrator. <br />(e) Termination. <br />The Attorneys agree to proceed promptly with any work <br />requested by the City as provided in this Agreement.
