rates as set forth in Section II of this Agreement. If alternate <br />or deductive bidding is used, the basic or prime bid shall be <br />considered the highest alternate and the percentage rates shall <br />apply to this figure. <br />C. CANCELLATION <br />If any work is cancelled, in whole or in part, the percentage <br />rates shall not apply. The Engineer shall be paid for all work <br />performed up to such time as he is notified in writing of said <br />cancellation, based upon the per diem rates outlined in <br />Section II of this Agreement. <br />SECTION II <br />OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />Certain services as described below may be ordered by the Owner <br />and performed by the Engineer for these services on the basis <br />of an hourly rate as follows: <br />Principal Engineer $ 44.00 <br />Chief Project Engineer $ 34.00 <br />Project Engineer $ 29.00 <br />Draftsman $ 28.00 <br />Registered Surveyor $ 38.00 <br />Survey Party - 3 man $ 75.00 <br />Survey Party - 2 man $ 56.00 <br />Clerical $ 14.00 <br />These rates include all transportation, material, equipment, <br />insurance and overhead. <br />3 <br />25 <br />
