ORDINANCE NO. <br />24 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TIIE ZONING CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA TO PROVIDE CHANGES <br />IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />The Official Zoning Map of the Zoning Code of the Municipal <br />Code of the City of Little Canada is hereby amended to change the <br />zoning classification of the following described property: <br />Part of the South 1244 feet of the West 247.5 feet of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 29, Range 22, lying <br />northerly of County Road C, also known as PIN 53- 00600- 050- 80 -01. <br />Section 2. <br />The above described property is hereby zoned B -3, General <br />Business District. <br />Section 3. <br />The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to make the <br />appropriate changes in the Official Zoning Map of the City of <br />Little Canada to reflect the changes in zoning classification as <br />set forth above. <br />Section 4. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Passed by City Council of Little <br />Canada this day of , 1984. <br />Attest: <br />Ayes - <br />Joseph G.
