Chlebeck - City Clerk RE: Lake Gervais Interceptor 81 -51 Gentlemen: We are presently working on the MCC Lake Gervais Interceptor Sewer Project in Little Canada and a portion of this project is adjacent to the existing 48" sewer that runs along the drainage ditch between Centerville Road and Noel Road just to the North of Little Canada Road. We have just now made preparations to install this portion of the project, and we need access to the job in order to bring in materials such as pipe and bedding material. This letter is a formal request to the city to allow us to bring in these materials off of Eli Road thru the road leading to the parking lot for the ball diamond, then across the park property to our job site. We will restore the property as it now exists from any damage the trucks cause which should be minimal as the ground is now. frozen. We will have the material all in to the site by February 15, 1985. Your Superintendent of Public Works, Roger Glanzer, has informed me that there are several bad washouts in the adjacent drainage ditch that the city has to maintain. As long as we are working along this ditch with the proper equipment to repair these washouts, we would be glad to do this as directed by Roger as a good will gesture for allowing us to bring in the materials as mentioned previously.
