DOES (HEREBY 093155 AS 905905:5: <br />Section 1. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the !:unicipal Code, Section 903.020.0.3. <br />is hereby amended to read: <br />"3. Except for farm and agricultural buildings, accessory buildings <br />snail not exceed fifteen (15) feet in height, shall he six (6) <br />feet or more from any ether building or structure on the same <br />lot, and shall not be located within a drainage, utility or <br />access easesent." <br />Section 2. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the tunicipal Code, Section 903.020.0.4. Is <br />hereby amended to read: <br />"4. No accessory building or garage for a single family d.ellIng <br />shall occupy more than twenty -five (25) percent of a rear yard. <br />Carge space and accessory buildings for a single family detached <br />&selling shall not exceed one thousand (1,000) square feet of floor <br />area per lot, except by conditional use permit as provided for <br />in Section 921 of this ordinance. " <br />Section 3. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Y.unicipal Code, Section 903.020,0.5. Is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />:U building permit shall be issued for the construction of nore <br />than one (I) accessory building for each detached single family <br />dwelling, except on the approval of a conditional use permit <br />according to the provisions of Section S21 of this ordinance." <br />Section 4. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Municipal Code, Section 903.020.0, Is <br />hereby amended by adding: <br />Every single family droning unit eredted after the effective <br />date of this ordinance shall be so incased on a lot that at least <br />a two (2) car garage, either attached or detached can be located <br />on said lot,' <br />All persons desering to he heard with reference to this matter will he <br />heard during this hearing. <br />Joseph C.
