Two rows 2X6 treated splashboards at grade. 2X6 girths 24" on center <br />Clear span trusts 8' on center. 2X6 roof purlins 24" on center. Colored <br />metal, walls, roof and trim. Front to be as follows: 10' blank metal walls <br />each end. Three 20' open bays. We furnish labor, material, tax, plans and <br />insurance. <br />--el/to? v <br />We hereby propose to furnish labor & material complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of: <br />Nine thousand one hundred twenty & nocaras0($ 9120. 00 /with payment to be made as follows: <br />20% down $ 1.224. 00 Balance $ 72.96 00 Due upon completion. Outstanding balances after 20 days bear <br />interest at the rate of 1'A% per month. <br />Ralph A. Nadeau Company shall advance certain engineering, testing and architectural costs on behalf of purchaser. In the event that <br />any permit shall not be issued these costs shall be the responsibility of the purchaser and shall be deducted from the downpayment herein <br />upon termination of this agreement and the refund of the down payment. <br />It is recognized that Ralph A. Nadeau Company cannot warrant certain factors concerning soil conditions. If soil conditions are en- <br />countered which result in greater expense to Ralph A, Nadeau Co., then charges shall be made to purchaser in the form of time and materials <br />plus 10 %. <br />Purchaser acknowledges receipt of the Ralph A. Nadeau Co. Limited Warranty in connection with the structure, the specifications of <br />which appear above. <br />All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any <br />alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs, will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra <br />charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, <br />tornado and other necessary insurance. Customer to pay for plans if proposal is accepted an..lans are drawn by our registered engineer, but <br />building is not constructed. <br />• Authorized Signature <br />NOTE: This proposal may be ithdrawn by us if not accepted within 45 days. <br />Acceptance of Proposal <br />The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted.
