A Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond, <br />naming Shafer Contracting Co., Inc., as Principal, <br />United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, as Surety, <br />and the City of Little Canada, as Obligee, in the <br />amount of $200,858.70; <br />2. The original of a Form of Agreement with attached <br />Proposal Form as submitted by Shafer Contracting Co., <br />Inc.; <br />3. The original of a Certificate of Insurance relative to <br />the above captioned matter. <br />It appears that the requirements of the Plans and <br />Specifications have been complied with.
