CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Office of:
JOSEPH G. CHLEBECK, Clerk
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
484 -2177
March 19, 1985
Larry Lee
Yorkton Ltd.
1690 University Ave.
Suite 180
St. Paul, Minnesota 55104
RE: Park Charges
Dear Mr. Lee:
Enclosed (Attachment A) is a schedule pertaining to park charges
concerning the development within Yorkton. It appears that the final
payment is $2,848.71 for park charges within this development. This
charge has been indicated in a building permit to be issued on Yorkton
Court.
In reviewing the minutes of July 9, 1980, we make reference to
park charges pertaining to that portion of your future development
pertaining to residential property. The resolution makes reference
to payment of all park charges within 36 months; namely from 1980 to
1983. It requests that all the park charges be paid, which includes
those park charges within the residential area of your proposed
future development. The resolution also makes reference that if the
park charges are not paid in the residential area at $125.00, they
will be re- assessed to $300.00 in 1983, which makes your total park
charge for the residential area at $6,600.00.
It appears that the intent of this resolution is that after three
years, the entire park charge must be paid including the new rate.
Enclosed is an invoice pertaining to the $6,600.00 for park charges
within the residential area.
Please feel free to call me pertaining to this matter.
Yours sincerely,/
oseph G.
