1'1
Yorkton
1690 University Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota 55104 • (612) 484-9000
April 4, 1985
City of Little Canada
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minnesota 55117
Honorable Mayor and Council Members:
This letter is to inform you of our desire to use the allocation
of the I.R.B. Funds for the year of 1985 as discussed in the
council meeting in February of this year.
I have spoken to Briggs & Morgan and am informed that my out-
standing resolutions currently existing are still in force and
therefore there is no need for any further action of behalf
of the council, except to formally agree to allow me to use
the 1985 allocations. It is my understanding that the amount
for 1985 is $1,166,000.00.
We will be proceeding with the proposed buildings in Yorkton
Industrial Park North Phase II and we will need all of the funds
allocated.
We further agree to pay the deposits necessary after September 1,
1985, in order to attain allocations as required by statute.
If you have any further questions in regard to this matter,
please do not hesitate to call.
0.
