He <br />was actively involved in putting together a position paper on this <br />subject for the City Engineers Association of Minnesota. Prior to <br />holding his current position, Knapp was City Engineer and Director <br />of Public Works for St. Cloud for 15 years and Assistant City <br />Engineer for eight years. <br />McRae is District Engineer of District 9 (Oakdale) for MnDOT, for <br />whom he has worked for 27 years. <br />Ramsey County Engineer Weltzin has held his current position for <br />eight years. Prior to this position, he worked as Maintenance <br />Engineer (7 years) and Construction Engineer (7 years). <br />Please attend this meeting.
