GRANT OF PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made this, 672/ day of 4/ C -f, 1985, by and between <br />A. 3. RYAN LANDSCAPE SUPPLY COMPANY, INC., a Minnesota corporation, and the CITY <br />OF LITTLE CANADA, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, <br />Grantee: <br />WITNESSETH, that said Grantor is the owner of the following described property <br />situated in Ramsey County, Minnesota: <br />The East 250 feet of Lot 1, Block 4, Ryan Industrial Park, as measured at <br />right angles to the East line of said Lot 1. Subject to easements of record. <br />WITNESSETH, that said Grantor, in consideration of One and No /100 ($1.00) <br />Dollar to it in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknow- <br />ledged, and other good and valuable consideration, hereby grants to said Grantee, <br />its successors and assigns, the following described easements in perpetuity for <br />drainage purposes, and for ingress and egress at any and all times with all <br />machinery, equipment and materials necessary for the aforesaid purposes, which <br />easements are described as follows: <br />The Westerly Six (6) feet, the Southerly Six (6) feet, the Easterly Six (6) <br />feet and the Northerly Six (6) feet of the following described property: <br />The East 250 feet of Lot 1, Block 4, Ryan Industrial Park, as measured at <br />right angles to the East line of said Lot 1.
