1. Storage area does not exceed twenty (20) percent of the gross floor area <br />of the principal structure. <br />2. The area is fenced and screened from view of neighboring residential <br />uses and districts in compliance with Section 903.020.G of this Ordinance. <br />3. Storage is screened from view of the public right -of -way in compliance with'. <br />Section 903.020.G. of this Ordinance. <br />4. Storage area is grassed or surfaced to control dust. <br />5. All lighting shall be hooded and so directed that the light source shall not <br />be visible from the public right -of -way or from neighboring residences and <br />shall be in compliance with Section 903.020.I of this Ordinance. <br />6. Area does not take up parking space as required for conformity to this <br />Ordinance. <br />7. The provisions of Section 921.010.C. of this Ordinance ate considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br />B. Semi -truck or trailer parking as an accessory use, provided: <br />1. Parking area, including parking stalls, drive aisles and maneuvering <br />space takes up no more than twenty (20) percent of the gross floor area <br />of the principal building. <br />2. The area is fenced and screened from view of neighboring residential <br />uses and districts in compliance with Section 902.020.G. of this Ordinance. <br />3. Storage is screened from view of the public right -of -way in compliance with <br />Section 903.020.G. of this Ordinance. <br />4. Storage area is grassed or surfaced to control dust. <br />5.
