Would you please review the enclosed to determine if <br />any additions or deletions would be beneficial. If the enclosed <br />is acceptable, would you submit the same to the Council for their <br />consideration. <br />As we have discussed, Minn. Stat. Section 462 <br />provides that the initial moratorium may continue <br />one year from the date it is effective.
