814.060. DURATION. All licenses shall terminate on the <br />30th day of June following issuance thereof. <br />814.070. PRORATION OF LICENSE FEE. The license fee shall <br />be prorated on a quarterly basis for any license for a period of <br />less than 12 months. <br />814.080. COMPLIANCE DATE. All such businesses shall obtain <br />said licenses within 45 days after the effective date of this <br />ordinance. <br />814.090. REVOCATION OF LICENSE. After proper notice and <br />hearing, the Council may revoke any license for violation of City <br />Ordinances, or State or Federal laws or regulations. <br />Section 2. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the Council of the City of Little Canada this 27th <br />day of June <br />1984. <br />ATTEST: <br />oseph G.
