Little Canada Planning Commission <br />1 May 1985 <br />Page Two <br />Three other items need to be mentioned. First involves park dedication land <br />and /or fees. The Park Commission should comment as to the neighborhood park <br />which is being developed as a part of the Thunder Bay subdivsion. The proposed <br />Sofie plat shows the easement area as parkland. <br />The second item regards County Ditch 7. The proposed development shows this <br />drainage ditch being re- routed between lots 5 and 6, block 4 and lots 6 and 7, <br />block 2. The Engineer should comment on this arrangement.
