MINUTES City Council July 25, 1984 Manes THAT THE CITY'S APPROVAL IN NO WAY REFLECTS Property APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED FUTURE SUBDIVISION Division SUBMICTED (Cont.) Frattalone Filing Agenda Item No. 19 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Forsberg. Ayes (4) Fahey, Forsberg, Nardini, Scalze. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 11, Page. 364. The Attorney reported that he has written a letter to Myers Frattalone on the filling of his property, but has not received a reply to date. R & S The Attorney reported that the City does not have an easement over the R & S property. The Attorney asked if the City would like him Agenda to pursue an easement. Item No. 20 Mrs. Scalze stated that the City should get an easement over the middle of the property and indicated that there is room for one. They will have to bring water in from Rice Street in order to do this. The Engineer reported that the watermain is about 1,000 feet away. Clausen Mrs. Nardini asked if Council members received a copy of a letter Letter from Sharon Clausen. Mrs. Scalze commented that the City does not need any additional employees at this time.
