MINUTES City Council C+, April 24, 1985 Peterson Mr. Pat Peterson appeared before the Council and presented plans for Maintenance a building proposal on the Peterson Maintenance property in Ryan's Building Industrial Park. Mr. Peterson reported that the parking areas Review would be surfaced with ground -up asphalt material. Agenda Mrs. Scalze asked if the City would be getting a letter from NSP Item No. 10 regarding their easement. Mr. Peterson replied that they would. Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85 -4 -196 - APPROVING THE PETERSON MAINTENANCE BUILDING PROPOSAL BASED ON COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED IN THE PLANNER'S REPORT DATED APRIL 22, 1985 Art Ryan `- Property Division The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. Ayes (5) Nardini, Colloya, Blesener, Fahey, Scalze. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 196. Mr. Art Ryan appeared before the Council requesting approval of a property division in Ryan's Industrial Park. Mr. Fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission recommended Agenda. approval of the division. Item No. 11 Mr. Ryan reported that he will provide drainage and utility easements around lot lines. The Planner reported that he saw no problems with the division. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85 -4 -197 - APPROVING THE ART RYAN PROPERTY DIVISION FOR THE EAST 250 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 4, RYAN INDUSTRIAL PARK AS MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 1, AND ALL OF LOT 5, BLOCK 4, RYAN INDUSTRIAL PARK, SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS OF RECORD AND SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, Scalze, Nardini. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 197. Page -16- 13
