PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES <br />A. All permitted accessory uses in a "8 -2" District. <br />912.040. CONDITIONAL USES. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and <br />regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance. <br />All conditional uses, subject to the same conditions, as allowed in a "8-1" District and a "B -2" District. <br />*B. Elderly (Senior Citizen) housing, subject to the some conditions as allowed in a "8 -B ", Residential <br />Business District. <br />* *C. Convenience Gas (No Vehicle Service or Repair), Grocery, and /or Food Operations, provided <br />that: <br />1. The sale of retail goads involves uses or activities which ore allowed in a "B -1" or "3-2" <br />District. <br />2. Convenience /deli food is of the take -out type only and that no provision for seating or <br />consumption on the premises is provided. Furthermore, that the enclosed area devoted to <br />such activity, use and merchandise shall not exceed fifteen (15) percent of the gross floor area. <br />3. That any sale of food items is subject to the approval of the Ramsey County Health Depart- <br />ment who shall provide specific written sanitary requirements on an individual basis for each <br />proposed sale location. <br />4. Thot the nonautomotive sales shall qualify for and be granted an annual food handling, <br />retail sales license or other license, as circumstances shall require, in addition to the permit <br />for a conditional use under the Zoning Code. <br />5. That the area and location including exterior, outside space devoted to nonautomobile <br />merchandise sales shall be specified and any expansion of the spoce or change in location <br />without an amendment to the permit shall constitute grourds for revocation of the permit, <br />after a hearing before the City Council. <br />6. The hours of operation shall be limited to six (6) o'clock a.m. to twelve (12) o'clock p.m., <br />unless extended by the City Council. <br />7. Each light standard landscaped, <br />8.
