CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TEXT AHENDIEENT <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Ninnesota will hold a Public Hearing on October 23, 1985 at <br />7:30 p.m. to discuss the proposed amendment. The Planning Commission <br />will review the proposed amendment at their meeting on October 10, <br />1985 at 7:30 p.m. The Public Hearing and the Planning Commission <br />fleeting will both be held at the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road. <br />PROPOSAL: <br />AMENDING SECTION 903.020 OF THE LITTLE CANADA MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />RELATING TO BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1 <br />Section 903.020 of the City of Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is <br />hereby amended to read: <br />903.020.T. Building Construction, Residential ( "R ") and Business <br />("8") Districts <br />1. No pole type or engineered steel buildings over <br />120 square feet shall be allowed. <br />2. All buildings in Residential ( "R ") and Business <br />( "B ") Districts shall be constructed of solid <br />wall masonry, pre -cast concrete or aggregate <br />panels, wood frame masonry veneer, wood siding <br />(provided the surfaces are finished for exterior <br />use and wood of proven durability is used, such <br />as cedar, redwood, or cypress), fiberglass or <br />aluminum siding, glass curtain wall panels <br />(non - structural), and stucco. <br />3. The proposed building maintains the quality and <br />value intended by the ordinance. <br />2t <br />
