ORDINANCE.N0.- 265 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 903.020 OF THE LITTLE CANADA MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />RELATING TO BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS. <br />SECTION 1 <br />Section 903.020 of the City of Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby <br />amended to read: <br />903.020.T. Building Construction, Residential ( "R ") and Business ( "B ") <br />Districts <br />1. No pole type or engineered steel buildings over 120 <br />square feet shall be allowed. <br />2. All buildings in Residential ( "R ") and Business ( "B ") <br />Districts shall be constructed of solid wall masonry, <br />pre -cast concrete or aggregate panels, wood frame masonry <br />veneer, wood siding (provided the surfaces are finished <br />for exterior use and wood of proven durability is used, <br />such as cedar, redwood, or cypress), fiberglass or aluminum <br />siding, glass curtain wall panels (non- structural), and <br />stucco. <br />3. The proposed building maintains the quality and value <br />intended by the ordinance. <br />4. The proposed building is compatible and in harmony <br />with other structures within the district. <br />5. Accessory buildings. All accessory buildings shall be <br />constructed of materials similar to the principal building. <br />6. Buildings which are nonconforming by type (e.g., pole or <br />engineered steel) existing on the date of passage of <br />this ordinance shall be allowed to expand with materials <br />similar to those of the principal structure, provided other <br />lot and building requirements of this ordinance are met. <br />Such buildings shall be subject to all other requirements <br />of Section 903.010 as may be amended. <br />27 <br />
