PUBLIC HEARING <br />TREE ASSESSMENT 1985 <br />MAYOR <br />Michael Fahey <br />COUNCIL <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Bill Blesener <br />Rick Collova <br />Mugs Nardinl <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of <br />Little Canada will hold a Public Hearing on the 28th day of <br />August, 1985 at 7:40 p.m, in the Council Chambers of the <br />City Center to pass upon proposed assessments for tree <br />removal 1985 pertaining to the following parcels: <br />53- 30000 - 190 -03 <br />Gervais Hgts <br />Lots 18 and 19 Blk 3 <br />Trees removed in 1985 $184.40 <br />You will have 30 days from the adoption of this resolution <br />to pay the assessments in full (August 28, 1985 to <br />September 27, 1985). After September 27 the total <br />assessment, which includes the accrued interest, will be <br />levied against the property for a total of three years at <br />an interest rate of 10 percent per annum. <br />The proposed assessments are on file for public inspection <br />at the City Clerk's office located at 515 Little Canada <br />Road.
