PARK COMMISSION <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />515 LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />LITTLE CANADA, MN 55117 <br />September 19, 1985 <br />The regular meeting of the Park Commission of the City of Little Canada was <br />held on the 19th of September, 1985. <br />The following members were present: Elaine Zoch, Bill Sanders, Dan Drake, Jim <br />Morelan, and Jack Fitzgerald. Bill Quirin came in late. <br />Bill Sanders chaired the meeting. <br />Agenda Item 1. The Budget approval was discussed. <br />(See attached <br />Agenda) <br />2. Jerry Fisher appeared before the Park Commission regarding <br />Vacating of Lake St. between Ruth and Stark. A motion was <br />made by Jim Morelan and seconded by Jack Fitzgerald. <br />We inform the City Councidl that we are not interested in <br />Lake Street between Ruth and Stark for Park Property. Passed <br />all <br />3. The property on the corner of Ruth and Demont was discussed. <br />After some discussion it was decided to table this matter <br />until October when we could discuss it with Bev Scalze. <br />4. We did not get the Gervais Mill Grant. We decided to go <br />ahead with the project without the grant. <br />5. It was decided to run the water service just on one side <br />of the road, the east side. <br />6. Mostad - Johnson preoperty - no word on. <br />7. None <br />8. Bill Quirin mentioned his concern about dirt bikes etc. in park. <br />Jim Morelan mentioned that there are some signs in the park <br />and that he would talk to the school about putting a sign on <br />their property and most of the dirt bikes enter the park <br />through school property. <br />The speed bumps in the park were also discussed. They are <br />warn down.
