Specifically, Group W
proposed to increase Basic Service rates from $7.95 to $9.95,
aerial installation rates from $19.95 to $29.95, and under-
ground installation rates from $19.95 to $39.95. In Article VI,
Section 4.D, the Ordinance requires Group W to give the city
and the Commission written notice, supported by statistical
proof, of any proposed rate increase at least ninety (90)
days prior to the proposed effective date of the increase.
Each rate increase is automatically approved by the cities
unless expressly disapproved by resolution of the City
Council within the ninety (90) days after receiving the
notice from Group W.
