CITY OF LITTLE CANADA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ESTABLISHING DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Little Canada,Minnesota,will hold a public hearing on the,28th day of May 1986, at 7:50 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at, 515 Little Canada Road in said City to consider the following. Establish seven (7) separate Development Districts within the City of Little Canada. District -1- In sec. -5- T- 29 -R -22 Known as the Sec- 5- Industrial Park Between Centerville Rd. and De Soto La Bore Rd. & County Rd. D. District -2- In Sec. -6- T -29- R -22- Between Little Canada Rd and So. Owasso Blvd. and West of 35 E and East of the SE; sec line 05 Sec -6- T. 29 R/ 22. District -3- In. Sec. -31- and Sec -6- From the North West corner of SW-1 of Sec. 31 to Water Works R /O /W between Rice st and Waterworks R /O /W To the North property line of the Market Place and the South and East line of Yorkton Phase -I- District -4 - In Sec. -6- & -7- T.- 29 -R -22 From Demont to County Rd.
