PAYING AGENT <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />1. Payment of Interest <br />For payment of coupons and preparation of cerfiticates of <br />destruction or return to the Obligor. <br />Each Coupon $' .25 <br />2. Payment of Bonds <br />For payment of bonds at maturity or redemption, and preparation <br />of certificates of destruction or return of bonds to the Obligor. <br />Each Bond $. 2.50 <br />3. Minimum Fee <br />Per interest /maturity period $100.00 <br />4.
