You are, therefore, entitled to reimbursement of 64.08% of <br />your design and relocation costs. <br />The computations for this City /State participation are shown on <br />Exhibit "B ". <br />The State anticipates the watermain work will be completed in the fall <br />of 1987. Upon completion of the watermain work, the State will <br />invoice the City for their share of the cost. The estimate for the <br />City Share is $20,394.66. <br />We requested Mr. Chlebeck, City Clerk, to place this agreement on the <br />agenda for the May 29 council meeting. <br />The State cannot let this construction project until this agreement is <br />executed by the City. So it is imperative that the agreement be <br />processed promptly. <br />If you have any questions regarding the above referenced project, <br />please contact Melvyn J.
