CHLEBECK, Clerk 515 Little Canada Road Little Canada, Minn. 55117 484 -2177 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: TIME AND PLACE: CITY OF LITTLE CANADA RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA CITY OF LITTLE CANADA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IMmNTS MAYOR Michael Fahey COUNCIL Beverly Scalze Bin Blesener Rick Collova Mugs Nardini Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota will meet at the Little Canada School, 400 Eli Road in the City of Little Canada, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. on July 2, 1986 to consider the construction of the following improvements, to -wit: NATURE OF IMPROVEMENT: The construction of streets, curbs and gutters on the following streets in the City of Little Canada: on Morrison Avenue from County Road 82 to Demont Avenue; on Savage Lane from Demont Avenue to its east end; on LaBore Road from Centerville Road to DeSoto Avenue; on Rose Place from Jackson Street to Lakeshore Avenue; on all of Carla Lane; on Spruce Street from County Road C to its south end; on Lake Street from Jackson Street to Lakeshore Avenue; on Demont Avenue from Rice Street to Interstate Highway 35E; and on Demont Avenue from Interstate Highway 35E to McMenemy Road, Lakeshore Avenue. ESTIMATED COST: AREA PROPOSED TO BE ASSESSED: AUTHORITY: DATED: The total estimated cost of said improvements is $611,200. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements is every lot, piece, or parcel of land within the City of Little Canada benefited by said improvements whether abutting thereon or not, based on benefits received and without regard to cash valuation. The Council proposes to proceed under the authority granted by Chapter 429 M.S.A. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting.
