Mr. Lee was agreeable to this and pointed out that most <br />of the work will be on -site. <br />Mrs. Scalze asked about park plans. Mr. Lee replied that he has a plan <br />but wants to meet with the neighbors before he comes to the Park <br />Commission with the plan. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -8 -380 -- APPROVING AN EXCAVATION <br />AND FILL PERMIT FOR YORKTON ON A 90 -DAY RENEWAL <br />BASIS WITH THE OPTION OF THE PERMIT BEING RENEWABLE <br />EVERY 90 DAYS AT THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING <br />INSPECTOR WITHOUT MR. LEE'S APPEARANCE BEFORE THE <br />COUNCIL AND DECLARING THAT AT THE POINT THE NEW <br />EXCAVATION AND FILL ORDINANCE IS ADOPTED, THE 90- <br />DAY PROVISION WILL INCREASE TO 180 DAYS AND WITIH <br />THE FURTHER REQUIREMENT THAT THE STREETS IN THE <br />AREA BE KEPT CLEAN <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, Blesener. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 385. <br />.-arry Lee Mr. Lee appeared before the Council and reported that he is buying an <br />?.B industrial revenue bond allocation from the/City of Park Rapids. Lee <br />requested that the Council approve this purchase. Mr. Lee reported that <br />A ;enda he will incur all costs in the transaction. <br />item No. 17 <br />Mr. Blesener stated that he thought that Mr. Lee was obtaining IRB's <br />from Washington County. Mr. Lee reported that he is and he will be <br />using these funds on a project in Mendota Heights. <br />Mr. Lee reported that he has to pay a half point for the Park Rapids <br />funds. However, there is legislation pending that will put a stop <br />to cities making charges of this nature. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -8 -381 - APPROVING THE INDUSTRIAL <br />REVENUE BONDS AS REQUESTED BY MR. LARRY LEE WITH THE <br />CONDITION TITAT ALL FEES INCURRED BY THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA BE PAID BY MR. LEE <br />Page -4- <br />C__. <br />
