913. "B -W ", BUSINESS - WAREHOUSING DISTRICT <br />913.010. PURPOSE. The purpose of the "B -W ", Business - Warehousing District is to provide for the establish- <br />ment of wholesale and retail trade of large volume or bulk commercial items, storage and warehousing. The overall <br />character of the "B-W" District h intended to be transitional in nature, thus industrial uses allowed within this <br />District shall be limited to those which can compatibly exist adjacent to commercial and lower density activities. <br />913.020. PERMITTED USES. <br />A. Radio and television stations <br />B. Warehouses <br />C. Governmental and public utility buildings and structures <br />D. Cartage and express facilities <br />E. Building materials sales <br />F. Commercial /leased offices <br />G. Transportation terminals <br />H. Research laboratories <br />I. Commercial printing establishments <br />J. Jewelry manufacturing <br />K. Medical, dental and optical laboratories <br />L. Wholesale business <br />M. Private clubs for handball, racketball and tennis <br />N. Commercial recreation <br />O. Essential serv:ces- <br />7 *P. Open ondr outdoor storage <br />913.030. PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES. <br />A. All permitted accessory uses as allowed in the "3 -3" District <br />B. Semi -truck parking <br />*C. Open and outdoor storage <br />913.040. CONDITIONAL USES. The provisions of Section 921.010,C of this Ordinance are consider -d and satisfactorily met. <br />B. Open or outdoor service, sale and rental as a principal or accessory use provided that: <br />1. Outside services, sales and equipment rental connected with the principal use is limited to <br />thirty (30) percent of the gross floor area of the principal use. <br />2.
