Buyer will take fu11 <br />responsibility. <br />Line 247 -253 The seller is responsible tor the state deed tax under <br />Minnesota Statue. Total amount of $240,000.00 is $816.00. <br />Line 250 Trash will be included with the water and sewer to be paid <br />by the buyer. <br />Line 251 on May 1, 2013 or later the garage will be demolished by <br />buyer.
