Where New Flexibility with Housing Development Standards Should Be Introduced - As we <br />look to add in -demand housing options and give residents more property flexibility, how <br />should staff and the Planning Commission begin to identify specific areas that might be a <br />natural fit for missing types of housing products? <br />Commissioner Johnson noted that there are no new market -rate apartments with amenities in <br />Little Canada. She stated that is a type of housing that she would be looking for when she is <br />ready to downsize. She would love some sort of restaurant or commercial retail use either in the <br />apartment building or within walking distance.
