MINUTIrS
CITY COUNCIL
AUGUST 15, 2006
issue a citation. The consequence would be listed on the Ciry's
information sheet.
C.12. Street Cleaning was discussed, and given some question with the
City Engineer's wording, the City Administrator recommended that the
wording of this section reflect the standard NEMO wording.
The City Engineer noted that City erosion and sediment control inspection
fees would be set by Council resolution on an annual basis rather than
specifically listed in this ordinance. The appropriate fees would be
determined at a later date.
Those present found the proposed Erosion and Sediment Control
Ordinance acceptable as discussed and amended at this workshop.
It was noted that in continuing with the overall zoning ordinance review,
the following components are still pending:
Subdivision Ordinance
Shoreland Ordinance
Stormwater Ordinance.
Given the fact that the Watershed is still working on developing their
Stormwater requirements and to give City staff an opportunity to evaluate
the above three ordinance components, the workshop meeting was tabled
to Monday, October 16°i, at 4:30 p.m.
There being no further business, the workshop was continued at 6:10 p.m.
William Blesener,~Iayor
Jo I Hanson, City Administrator
