The <br />Little Canada City Council suggested that the parcel to the north at 2714 Centerville <br />Road be included in the present project site. The site to the north is approximately <br />13,500 square feet in area and contains a single family house. The following costs <br />would be incurred in acquiring and preparing this site for the development of <br />additional office space. <br />Project Costs: <br />Land Acquisition <br />Demolition <br />Relocation Benefits <br />$62,000 <br />5,000 <br />20,000 <br />$87,000 <br />The expenses are rough estimates of costs.
