MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />September 11, 1986 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the <br />Planning Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 11th day of September, 1986 in the Council Chambers <br />of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Peter Costa called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and <br />the following members were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Peter Costa, Chairman <br />Bill Davison <br />Gene DeLonais <br />Art Nerkenhoff, arrived 8:05 P.M. <br />Thomas Perlinger <br />Peggy Schweizer <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Sharon Timmons <br />ALSO PRESENT: Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Kathleen Glanzer, Recording Secretary <br />Minutes There being no corrections to the minutes of the August 14, 1986 <br />Planning Commission meeting, Mr. Costa indicated that the minutes <br />will stand approved as read. <br />Final Plat Mr. Gordie Howe submitted for approval the final plat for Lakeview <br />Lakeview Estates. <br />Estates <br />The City Planner pointed out that lot lines have been adjusted as <br />recommended and a 50 foot easement is shown on the plat for potential <br />access to the property in the hack. <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended approval of the final plat for Lakeview <br />Estates. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Costa. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />Connco The Planner explained that Connco Shoes is requesting a text <br />Roof Sign amendment which would allow non - conforming roof signs to remain <br />Text at the discretion of the City when other changes are made in <br />Amendment signage on a property. The Planner explained that Connco would <br />like authorization for a pylon sign on their property for a potential <br />tenant, and in order to do this, they would have to bring all <br />signage on the property into conformance with the ordinance. The <br />City's ordinance currently prohibits roof signs. <br />Page -1- <br />
