CHLEBECK, Clerk <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minn, 55117 <br />484 -2177 <br />Sept. 24, 1986 <br />MEMO TO CITY COUNCIL: <br />RE: 55+ Club - Johanna Gallagher's insurance. <br />According to Tom Bert of McNamara Insurance Co., Mrs Gallagher is covered <br />under our liability insurance only in those areas that are mentioned in a <br />job description. Presently, we do not have a job description for her, we <br />will have to write one. <br />In any event that involves trips, she should recieve a certificate of <br />insurance from the bus carrier, or whoever else drives in a car pool. <br />We need a more definite explanation of what function the 55+ Club is. <br />They may need their own insurance. <br />MAYOR <br />Michael Fahey <br />COUNCIL. <br />Beverly Scalze <br />Bill Blesonor <br />Rick Collova <br />Mugs Nardini <br />In the City of Roseville, they have Senior Citizen programs under the <br />City Recreation Department and under the Roseville School District. Apparently, <br />Roseville School District pays the insurance for the "activities sponsored <br />by the school (Fairview School Senior Citizen Programs) Most of the activities <br />are with this program.
