ORDINANCE NO. 279 <br />AN ORDINANCE AIIENDING SECTION 903.020.D. OF THE LITTLE CANADA IUNICIPAL <br />CODE, RELATING TO SET BACI:S OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURES. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA ORDAINS AS FOLLOT7S: <br />SECTION 1 <br />Section 903.020.D.3. of the City of Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br />3. Except for farm and agricultural buildings, accessory <br />buildings in residential zoning districts shall not exceed <br />fifteen (15) feet in height, shall be six (6) feet or more <br />from any other building or structure on the same lot, and <br />shall not be located within a public drainage, utility or <br />access easement. Subject to other provisions as contained <br />in this section, accessory buildings, uses and equipment may <br />encroach into the required rear yard, but in no case shall <br />an accessory building, use or equipment be located closer <br />than ten (10) feet to a rear yard or side yard lot line <br />except as may be modified within a specific use district. <br />SECTION 2 <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after <br />its passage and publication. <br />Passed by the City Council <br />of Little Canada this __ <br />day of <br />1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joseph G.
