MINUTES <br />Planning Commission <br />Oct. 9, 1986 <br />Moyer Shed <br />(Cont.) <br />Mr. DeLonais recommended that the Robert Moyer conditional use <br />permit request be passed on to the Council without recommendation. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Perlinger. <br />Motion carried 5 - O. <br />Twin Lake Mr. Blaine Edmundsen appeared before Commission requesting approval <br />Shores 2nd of the Twin Lake Shores 2nd Addition final plat. Edmundsen noted <br />Addition that Mrs. Mitchell has dedicated 25 feet of road frontage adjacent <br />Final Plat to the Klidzejs property. <br />The Planner noted that Mr. Klidzejs has also dedicated 25 feet <br />of road frontage. <br />Mrs. Timmons recommended approval of the final plat of the Twin Lake <br />Shores Second Addition. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Perlinger. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />Larry Lee Mr. Larry Lee appeared before the Commission requesting approval of <br />House a conditional use permit so that he can relocate the Mariane house <br />Relocation onto his first lot behind the Zock property. Mr. Lee reported that <br />the house will meet City Code requirements. <br />Mrs. Timmons asked if there were any neighbors opposed to the <br />relocation. <br />Mr. Lee reported that he will not sell any of his lots until after <br />the house has been relocated, and any buyers will be aware of the <br />house prior to purchasing the property. <br />Mr. Davison recommended approval of the conditional use permit <br />for house relocation as requested by Larry Lee. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Perlinger. <br />Motion carried 5 - 0. <br />Accessory The Planner reported that when the ordinance was changed about a <br />Building year ago, the intent of the council was to maintain a 5 or 10 foot <br />Setback setback from the rear lot line of a property.
