That would
give Mrs. Neamy 19.5 feet on the side of her house.
Mrs. Scalze indicated that Mrs. Neamy should come back to the Council
with a proposal.
Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82 -7 -379 โ TABLING ANY FURTHER
ACTION ON THE NEAMY PROPERTY DIVISION UNTIL
MRS. Mr.
Schoonover indicated that he has discussed the situation with the
Sheriff's Department and they have no set policy with regard to
towing.
Mr. Schoonover informed the Council that his firm has lost 98% of
the Sheriff's business to a firm with less than 30 days experience.
Mr. Schoonover stated that he is looking for no special favors, just
for a resolution to the problem. Mr. Schoonover stated he would be in
favor of the business going out on bids.
Page โ12โ
