December 12, ?roposed Property Division Scott Neamy House Relocation Frank Jones 1979 Scott Neamy appeared before the Council requesting the division of the Neamy property on the corner of LaBore Road and Vanderbie into three lois. There is an easement through the east end of the property for a road which if ever developed would cause one of the lots to be below standard size if the property division was approved as presented by 1r. Neamy. The Council suggested that the lot on the west end of the property be developed with 75 feet across, the middle lot be 85.5 feet across, and the lot on the east end of the property be 109.5 feet across. If divided this way, if the road ever went through the lot on the east . end of the property would still meet City Code. Councilman DeBace suggested that the City Engineer work with the Neamy'u for a solution as Mrs. Neamy did not seem satisfied with the Council's suggestion for the property division. Councilman Fahey was opposed to this as he felt Mrs. Neamy understood what the Council wanted, and it was unnecessary to incur any cost to the City. Mr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79 -12 -549 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO STUDY T E PROPOSED DIVISION OF TEE NEAI.Y PROPERTY AND WORK OUT A SATISFACTORY SOLUTION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by firs. Scalze. Ayes (4) DeBace, Scalze, Hanson, Nadeau. Nayes (1) iahey. Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 5, Pages 369 an 370. thr. Frank Jones appeared before the Council requesting approval of the Council for the relocation of a 56 foot by 28 foot rambler on a lot located between 2424 and 2442 Morrison Avenue. hr. Jones submitted to the Council a petition signed by the neighbors on Morrison Avenue stating that tney were not opposed to this proposal. Councilman DeBace informed Mr. Jones that before he sell the house he should repair any exterior damage to the house caused from the relocation. Fr. DeBace introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79 -12 -550 - ALLO'iLo MR. FRANK JONES TO RELOCATE A ROUST; ON PARCEL W53- 00800 - 310 -35 WITH THE CONDITION THAT MR. JONES NOT SELL THE HOUSE UNTIL SUCH iIl•IE AS ANY EITERIGH DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE IS REPAIRED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Nr. Nadeau. Ayes (5) DeBace, Nadeau, Scalze, Hanson, Fahey.
