Dick ?. Mary's License Transfer (Cont.) Brady's Noise Problem Agenda Addition Bikeway System Plan Agenda Item No. 10 The City Clerk reported that everything in the transfer is in order and that the police report was satisfactory. Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85 -1 -40 - APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF TIIE ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FROM DICK 6 MARY'S TO PETER THE0D0RAKAKOS AND CONSTANTINE PERGAKIS D /B /A PETCON, INC. The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. Ayes (5) Nardini, Blesener, Scalze, Coll.ova, Fahey. Nayes (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 39. Paul Groettem of Brady' g appeared before the Council regarding a noise problem at Brady's. Mr. Groettem stated that he has tried to meet with the party who is experiencing the problem, but she will not discuss the problem with him. Mr. Fahey reported that he has talked to the party involved and she is hearing the base drum from the band at Brady's in her bedroom. Mr. Fahey reported that he was outside Brady's and did not feel there was a problem, but he will be meeting with the party involved to see if there is a problem inside her hone. Mr. Fahey informed Mr. Groettem that he will contact him after he has met with the party involved. The County has submitted to the City for action a bikeway system plan. Mrs. Scalze pointed out that the County is proposing the bike path for County Road B rather than County Road B -2. Scalze questioned if the County studied where bikers are riding in changing the location of the path. Mrs. Nardini pointed out that with the large hills on County Road B -2, she feels that County Road 3 would be the logical location for the path.
