Mary's <br />License <br />Transfer <br />(Cont.) <br />Brady's <br />Noise <br />Problem <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />Bikeway <br />System Plan <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 10 <br />The City Clerk reported that everything in the transfer is in order <br />and that the police report was satisfactory. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -1 -40 - APPROVING THE <br />TRANSFER OF TIIE ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR <br />LICENSE FROM DICK 6 MARY'S TO PETER THE0D0RAKAKOS <br />AND CONSTANTINE PERGAKIS D /B /A PETCON, INC. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Nardini, Blesener, Scalze, Coll.ova, Fahey. <br />Nayes (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 12, Page 39. <br />Paul Groettem of Brady' g appeared before the Council regarding a <br />noise problem at Brady's. Mr. Groettem stated that he has tried <br />to meet with the party who is experiencing the problem, but she <br />will not discuss the problem with him. <br />Mr. Fahey reported that he has talked to the party involved and <br />she is hearing the base drum from the band at Brady's in her <br />bedroom. Mr. Fahey reported that he was outside Brady's and <br />did not feel there was a problem, but he will be meeting with the <br />party involved to see if there is a problem inside her hone. <br />Mr. Fahey informed Mr. Groettem that he will contact him after he <br />has met with the party involved. <br />The County has submitted to the City for action a bikeway system plan. <br />Mrs. Scalze pointed out that the County is proposing the bike path <br />for County Road B rather than County Road B -2. Scalze questioned if <br />the County studied where bikers are riding in changing the location <br />of the path. <br />Mrs. Nardini pointed out that with the large hills on County Road B -2, <br />she feels that County Road 3 would be the logical location for the <br />path. <br />Mrs. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 85 -1 -41 - DECLARING THAT <br />THE CITY GO ALONG IJITH THE COUNTY'S BIKEWAY <br />SYSTEM PLAN <br />Page -11- <br />52 <br />
