Initial Fee: $500.00 Corporate Trust Department FIRST TRUST COMPANY, INC. PROPOSED FEE SCHEDULE FOR ACTING AS REGISTRAR AND PAYING AGENT This fee covers review of Enabling Resolution and supporting documents; communications with Financial Advisor and Bond Counsel, co- ordination of the delivery of Bonds for Closing and establishment on our records of the separate rates and maturities for the issue. In the event it was necessary for a Flank official to attend the'closing, this cost would be passed on. Cost of attendance at closing would be by appraisal. II. Annual Administration Fee: $375.00 per annum to include up to 100 holders $ 4.00 per holder over 100 holders This fee covers preparation and mailing of semi - annual interest payments, corresponding with and research for bondhDlders, maintaining bondholder accounts, providing a copy of transfer journal sheets, replacing lost or stolen certificates and interest payment checks, examining and passing upon all legal transfers, maintaining stop transfer protection, and maintaining control records. III. Additional Fees: Issuance of Certificates - $1..50 per certificate Payment of Principal at maturity or redemption - $3.00 per piece (Minimum charge each payment date - $75.00) Plus out -of- pocket expenses such as postage, insurance, counsel fees, check stock, travel, lodging, etc. IV. Additional Services: Services other than those covered above will bear z. fee corresponding to the type of service, time involve't and assumed responsibility.
